Welcome to The Balanced Space Co. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Services Provided

The Balanced Space Co. LLC offers organization services for individuals and small businesses. Currently, services are provided offline, and no direct sales occur on this website.

3. Cancellation and Schedule Change Policy

We expect mutual consideration regarding cancellations and schedule changes.

Client Cancellations:

  • Notice 48 hours or less before scheduled work: payment of 50% of the scheduled work fee is due.

  • Notice 72 hours or less before scheduled work: payment of 25% of the scheduled work fee is due.

Client Changes:

  • Notice 48 hours or less before scheduled work: $50 change fee applies.

  • 50% deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session.

  • New date must be agreed upon within two business days following the change.

Organizer Cancellations (with less than 72 hours notice):

  • If no prompt rescheduling occurs, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Organizer Changes:

  • A 15% inconvenience discount will be applied to the next session.

4. User-Generated Content: Testimonials

If you provide testimonials, you grant us permission to use, edit, display, and remove them at our discretion, including on our website, marketing materials, and social media.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by The Balanced Space Co. LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services but disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the website or services. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our Services.
